What to bring:
Clothes you can move in easily so nothing restricts your ability to move e.g. clothes that are stretchy or loose around your waist, thighs and shoulders in particular. We will be doing the workshop in bare feet or socks and we have plenty of yoga mats and equipment to use so no need to bring a mat unless you prefer to use your own.
